Scherp beeld, handige app, heel blij mee.

The doorbell and the new features work really well. I like the new bird eye view and improved image quality. Also the package detection works pretty well but could be improved.There are a few improvements that I see:- faster notification on mobile devices. There is (not always, but quite often) a few seconds delay which is quite annoying as the delivery guys are always in a hurry.- Integration with alexa show is pretty poor. Before video is loaded people are gone already.- Integration with Google hub is missing. I know it's the competition, but alexa is not available in all languages.- face recognition is missing.Despite the missing feature I would still recommend this one. If possible I would have rated 4.5 star.

Nice doorbell and easy to setup in combination with the subscription.On the first doorbell the microphone died after a week but this was replaced quickly by Amazon. Was happy with it until today after 14 months of owning this product. Now I see water accumulation after a rainy day behind the lens making the doorbell useless as a security camera.

Ik had deze gekocht om betere nacht opnames te hebben. Helaas scoort voor mij deze nog altijd ver beneden pijl. Na 6 mtr zijn betreffende personen in het donker niet meer herkenbaar..😢Verder werkt deze zoals je van dit merk mag verwachten. Prima dus. Derhalve geen 5 maar 4 sterren

Goede meldingen, maar de beeldkwaliteit is om over te huilen.1536x1536, een kenteken is na 10m al amper leesbaar.In het donker zijn de beelden net nog wat minder van kwaliteit.De vertraging tussen beweging voor de camera en melding op de telefoon is ook onacceptabel. 5-10 seconden maar liefst.In het jaar 2024 en voor déze prijs verwacht ik gewoon 4K-resolutie en dirécte melding.

Mooie deurbel met goede beeldkwaliteit. Wel jammer dat je na een maand een abonnement moet afsluiten om beelden terug te kunnen kijken.

I first have to say that configuring tje Ring Doorbel Pro 2 + Plugin Adapter, Stick Up Cam Plugin and the Chime Pro 2nd gen are a breeze to setup, install and configure them to work with eachother. The system works like a charm. BUT! If your power goes down, you'll need to do it all over again. I don't recommend doing it late at night because when the Ring Doorbell Pro 2 is successfully connected, it makes such a ridiculous hard sound that will wake up all your neighbors.The Doorbell Pro 2 has space for a battery pack, but you need to buy the battery pack and charging station also. So that means you have to spend more money, about €60 more. Why isn't the doorbell equipped with a little battery so the configuration stays in the memory? So to keep the setting, I hope you'll have to buy it.Ring's network goes down every now and then, and when it comes back, I have to reconfigure the Doorbell Pro 2 to connect to the local WiFi Network. I don't understand why because my Stick Up Cam Plug-In, which is located in the garden, connects like nothing ever happened, same for my Chime Pro 2genWhen you login to the website it asks you if you want your browsers's to remember your login credentials so that you don't have to fill in you credentials in again when you want to login the site. I am using Chrome, and it's an absolute joke that your credentials get remembered. When you get a pop on your computer and you want to take a fast look at it then forget it. It will ask you to fill in your credentials and confirm them with your phone. In the meanwhile, what you wanted to look at is far gone. This happens 100% of the time you want to see something fast from a popup message. Every time, it asks for your credentials.My wife has an account too so she can monitor what's happening, and she has the same issue with Ring asking for your credentials over and over again.The doorbell pro 2 has a feature, which is that the camera can detect humans, that's it. The doorbell can't distinguish one person from another. If you want to ignore a person who rings your doorbell then forget about that, it's not possible.You can't ring the doorbell twice in a row. It takes about a bit more than a minute before a person can ring again. I was on their forum the other day because I wanted to make a post with the question if it was normal that the doorbell does that. To my surprise, I noticed 3 more discussions about this because it should ring the second time also. Well, RING (support) did not answer any of those questions. From what I could gather from the discussions is that RING SUPPORT is non-existent, it's absolute garbage.All in all, we got everything with the Amazon Prime discount, so we've saved a lot of money. We've decided to get a Spotlight Cam Plus Plug-In also to complete our security around the house. But with all the stuff I read on the support forum and discussions on Reddit and other forums, we're going to wait until the Spotlight Cam Plus Plug-In has a discount again, no way we're going to pay the full price for it.Last tip, don't get the Chime Pro gen 2, get the basic one. It is good enough.I am tempted to give a 2 star rating but the images are of excellent quality, day, night, rain, etc. It's easy to install. Many won't even be bothered with stuff that bother me. So it gets a 4 star review from me anyways.

Werkt perfect.Kwaliteit is goed, ook in de nacht.Neemt ook het gehele beeld op in tegenstelling tot onze eufy, die pas met filmen als de persoon al halverwege is.
