J’ai remplacé la potence de mon vélo de course après une opération du dos. Bonne possibilité de réglage pour avoir une position convenable. La potence articulée m’a parue , dans un premier temps, un peu fragile par rapport à la précédente. En fait, je n’ai eu aucun problème de solidité. Attention au couple de serrage des vis. Je n’ai pas utilisé de clé dynamométrique mais j’ai fait très attention à ne pas “foirer” les filetages. Avec une clé dynamométrique c’est plus sûr je pense!

Der Vorbau sieht stabil aus und hat nicht eine zentrale Schraube zur Arretierung der Höheneinstellung sondern sogar zwei, die mit je 10 Nm angezogen werden. Das schenkt mir Vertrauen in die Stabilität. Ich habe das Ding seit etwa 150 km am E-Bike und es hält bombenfest.

I bought this stem to raise my handle bars and to also be able to lower them when loading the bike in my truck. It is a very sturdy and well built design, but is designed to be adjusted when installed. The two hex bolts that secure the pivot to raise and lower the stem are designed so when the adjustable stem is installed you also have to loosen the two bolts securing the stem to the forks also to adjust it. This is a really well designed part, it is just not rapidly adjustable. For a more permanent installation this would work well.
