I ordered these tips for my thermal dynamics 30 AMP Plasma cutter. These tips won't establish an arc. The cutter stays in startup mode and won't 'kick-in' with an arc. On inspection I noticed the hole for the plasma arc is smaller than the thermal dynamics part it replaced. Tried two and both had the same results. The part number is the same as TD part number but it doesn't work.
