At first glance looks identical to other models on Amazon for the same price which come with cable testers, more RJ45 8P8C connectors, and rubber LAN cable end "boots".According to the reviews, some of those models do not come with RJ45 Cat6 compatible connectors, they are too small to fit.. however, you may be able to snag a couple from your local Electric Avenue or something similar, call around. The biggest compatibility issue typically comes down to the type of RJ45 connecters used, not necessarily the tool itself. Cat6 passthrough connectors are compatible with Cat6, Cat5e and Cat5 cables.

Pass through and cutter are the best features, saves a lot of time.Asked for the free replacement blades and 10 years warranty for the crimper, as indicated in the included card.They responded immediately and activated the warranty and sent the blades!Best customer support service experience!

As per the title, this makes wiring an RJ45 plug a lot easier than it used to be. It is still a bit fiddly to do, but after a practice I was soon off and running. A few better instructions would not have gone amiss and it took me a few minutes to work out how to push the handle release pin out to make the thing work! That said I had five plugs to wire and used seven plugs (including my 'test' one). So one messed up and that was my fault. If you have a job that you want the right length then this is the tool for you!
