I also had high hopes for this product. It started off ok (after a lengthy install process). It worked ok for around five weeks or so, and then stopped working.What I will say is that while it was working it done what it was supposed to.Apple CarPlay is a great feature in new cars that are equipped with touchscreen facilities. So, this work around product does enable CarPlay but it’s a bit fiddly to use without the ability to interact via a touchscreen.In my Mercedes V Class you have to use the scroll wheel to navigate through options on the screen. This is very distracting whilst driving.The product is essentially a switch for your cars display so while using it I was unable to see default info such as the climate control settings and radio stations etc. basically anything the car needs to display is hidden.It is great for using navigation and music apps that are on your phone but having to switch back and forth between CarPlay and the original menus is a pain and is also very distracting while you are driving.I found the mirror link feature worked intermittently, and would often have to restart the system (and my phone) to get it working. I used CarPlay with the cable connected, but when using it wirelessly found that the sound quality was not good. The system uses the cars Bluetooth equipment so phone calls and mic quality were fine.When using the system the unit would get very hot and I was often worried that it would cause issues to the cars wiring and could even cause a fire. I think overheating is what caused the unit to fail as there was a strong burning smell coming from it when it died. Sadly I cannot recommend this product and even would advise against installing it in your vehicle.

Paket wurde 2 Tage nach der Bestellung schnell und sicher verpackt geliefert.Super.Verbaut habe ich es in einen w205 mit Command online Bj.2015, weil Mercedes keine Lösung anbietet.In der Beschreibung sind QR Codes, die einen zu Einbau Videos auf YouTube leiten,soweit alles gut.An zwei Stellen hat es bei mir gehakt.Erstens das Y-Kabel muss vom Fahrzeug kommend zuerst zum Gerät und erst dann zum Command angeschlossen werden, sonst bleibt der Bildschirm schwarz.Zweitens die Kippschalter müssen angepasst werden (siehe Foto), dann git es auch ein scharfes Bild :-)Als Werkzeug wird ein 20" Torx und ein Kundstoffkeil gebraucht, mehr nicht.Die Integration ist wirklich perfekt! Alle Schalter ob Drehknopf oder Lenkradtasten funktionieren, original Mikrofon und auch die 360° Kamera schaltet sofort um.Auch die Durchsagen vom original Navi kommen durch, wenn ich Musik von der per Amazon App höre!Die Applikationen reagieren super schnell unter Apple Car play und die Verbindung kabellos,besser geht es nicht.Der Klang ist nicht ganz so brillant wir vom Stick oder CD, aber das ist wohl der kabellosen Übertragung geschuldet.Von mir klare Kaufempfehlung und 5 Sterne.

Montaje súper fácil después de ver tutorial, hay que ser mañoso.Al principio tuve problemas con mi teléfono Samsung s8 plus al enlazarlo inhalambricamente, la primera vez funcionaba perfectamente pero cuando apagaba el coche lo encendía y tenía que enlazar automáticamente ya no lo hacía, hablando con el servicio técnico me dijeron que para que vaya bien inhalambricamente sin problemas el teléfono tiene que ser android 11. Por lo que lo tengo conectado por cable USB y va a la perfección, también lo he probado con Iphone y va genial inhalambricamente.Recomiendo comprarlo va super bien y funcionan todas la funciones del coche.

J’ai hésité à acheté ce produit mais je ne suis vraiment pas déçu..Fonctionne à merveille.Il faut se familiariser avec le passage CarPlay et mode standard mais c’est très facile.Super bien emballé, installation hyper détaillée avec lien vidéo, la doc est super bien explicite.Le paramètre pour le type d’écran est bine expliqué ..Montage en 20 minutes !Que du bonheur..
