The sofa arrived a couple of weeks after placing the order, which was perfectly acceptable. Delivered to my front door (I live on a narrow street), it was a big package and very heavy, so needed 2 people to bring it into the house. Unfortunately, as soon as I opened the packaging a saw that there were two feet which were broken, and were just moulded plastic. I just replaced them with two feet off my old sofa, but if I didn't have this option, it would have been a big problem. The manufacturer should really consider just using timber or metal instead of plastic, as I see other people have had the same problem.Aside from that, I'm really happy with the sofa. The ratcheted back rests all work well, as does the corner pull out lumbar support. The storage compartment is huge, and the bed is really easy to pull out. The matching footrests sit a bit tightly under the arm, but they are firm and sturdy. It's worth noting that the sofa itself is also quite firm, which is what I wanted. The material is good quality, the stitching good, with removable washable covers that fit very well. The latches that hold the two sections together are a very tight fit, and took several attempts to get them joined.All in all I would say this is very good value for money, but the issue with the feet needs to be addressed, and if you are going to order one, be sure you have the hands and help needed to move it.

Ein schönes stilvolles Sofa aus hochwertigem Material. Lehne war abbaubar, so dass es durch das Treppenhaus passte. Ich freue mich jeden Tag daran.

Divano davvero ottimo.... Proprio come in foto... Comodo, seduta dura, e anche il letto sotto molto comodo.... Colori come scelti da foto.

Très satisfaite de mon achat ! Le canapé est super beau et de bonne qualitéSeul bémol la société de livraison que j'ai dû contacté plus de 3 fois pour avoir un créneau. Puisque j'ai vu sur mes commandes que le canapé disponible en livraison mais aucun signe de leur part, comme ils ont endommagé le coffre lors de son transport, heureusement que le vendeur est super sympa et il m'a fait une réduction intéressante suite à çaDans l'ensemble je suis très contente de mon canapé qui est très pratique et qui a rendu mon salon CHIC
