I love this vacuum! I have two dogs and small apartment. This robot is working every day, sometimes even multiple times, when we are out with doggies and it is amazing! I have one short coated dog (hair like needles) and long coated dog and it picks everything and clean all the stains from paws. Also great on carpet. It was expensive but it brings me happiness and peace in mind every day.The bag lasted me 6months (15sqm) and it is smart, super easy to set up and extremely low maintenance as I have to touch it maybe once per week to bring new water and get rid of the old one. Highly recommended for dog owners.

Prachtig product voor goede prijs. We zijn heel blij met deze aankoop. Gemakkelijk te installeren en simpel te onderhouden. Wel is het raadzaam om extra onderdelen mee te bestellen. Stofzakken en dweilen bijvoorbeeld.

Wat een mooi apparaat, deze Roborock.Ik ben echt een pietje precies en check het werk van de Robot maar kan geen kruimel meer vinden.Het geeft mij zoveel meer tijd om de rest van het huishouden te doen.Super dat ie zelf schoon water neemt en zijn stof loost in de unit.De lucht in huis voelt frisser aan sinds er dagelijks gedweild wordt.Ik heb best hoogteverschil tussen verschillende ruimtes, ook dat is geen probleem voor deze Roborock.Na 3 dagen had ik de stofzuiger in huis, dus ook de levering ging probleemloos.

Good product, almost set and forget.The only problem is the accessories that do not list this model yet (or absence of). Obstacle avoidance could be a bit better, but manageable.

We hebben een nieuwe versie van deze stofzuiger besteld en hebben een gebruikte beschadigde versie ontvangen. Er zitten haren op de borstels en allemaal vlekken op de bovenkant. Dit is geen nieuwe stofzuiger!

I acquired this unit as a supplementary cleaning aid and have been using it since November 2024.The operational performance of the device—affectionately named Rocky—has been outstanding; I have no grievances. I perform maintenance cleaning on a weekly basis, and once one becomes acquainted with the interface, its operation is straightforward.I replace the mop daily and, given my extensive usage, I refill the clean water tank and empty the dirty tank twice daily. I've set it up to conduct cleaning cycles three times a day using various modes, and the analytics it provides are impressive.The mapping functionality is particularly advantageous for efficient navigation, enabling me to locate my pets throughout the space. Remarkably, it exhibits caution when in close proximity to them, alleviating potential stress or fright for the animals. Its ability to navigate around obstacles is commendable, and it can skillfully maneuver around cat waste. Nonetheless, it has some limitations in detecting liquid contaminants such as water or urine on the floor, which can pose a challenge, but this is a minor concern.A notable limitation is its inability to recognize and evade small cables, which can occasionally result in the device becoming entangled. Despite these minor setbacks, I consider it a sound investment. I plan to purchase a second unit for my second and third floors, as transporting it between levels is somewhat cumbersome due to its weight.
