These are delicious yummy lollipops, kind of similar to a gobstopper technique...it starts with a layer of tamarind flavour and then alternates with sweet flavours back to tamarind back to sweet back to tamarind and so on and ending in a chewing gum Centre. I throughly enjoy them.
