Bought as a companion to a cast iron skillet / frying pan as the internet advice seemed to be that a flat ended metal scraper was the best tool for the job.Does the job admirably, handle is hard plastic, unsure of its heat resistance would not let it contact the pan.Metal is reasonably stiff and the angle of the metal is reasonably shallow so wouldn't suit a small pan as it would be hard to maneuverer it near the edges.Feels well made and would expect it to last for quite a long time.
