After another party with time spent scrounging around for serving spoons, I finally bought extras. This set is perfect -- a couple slotted spoons, 2 meat forks, etc. The pattern is simple enough to blend in with my flatware set. They're finished nicely. The price was right. There's no reason not to buy these.OK - there was one weird thing. I positively don't need two more butter knives. These things will either sit in the back of the silverware drawer until the end of time or go to Goodwill. I think another spoon would be more useful.
