Il prodotto fornito non è conforme alla foto :la ruota nella confezione non si può incastrare come mostrato perché troppo grande e manca anche il foro per farlo. Il tunnel non si aggancia alla casetta : il criceto si deve arrampicare.

Está genial y al hámster le encanta.. tiene mucho sitio

****Hamster got out after 2 days !!!!!! and only received one of two cages I ordered with no refund or communication from this seller ! ******Do not purchase !!!!*****Firstly I had to order two of these cages as we were collecting two hamsters I only ever received one ! In an absolutely huge box both under the same order number which is very had to prove that I didn’t receive the other despite my emails I have been ignored by this seller and have now lodged a complaint through amazon.Secondly this cage was an absolute nightmare to click together with very poor plastic fittings!Last and most importantly my daughter beautiful little new hamster which was a baby my I add manage to escape and is now lost in the walls after just two days :(Due to her managing to pull out the fitted bottle and large plastic square holder from the top of this cage ! we are all absolutely distraught .I did read breflie reviews of others hamsters escaping from the roof of the house after purchasing and really wish I had read before but this was not the case for us it was through the bottle attachment.Absolutely disgusting and shame on this seller !
