This has been a disappointing purchase. The motor part of the fan is quite loud (a measured 60db) which kind of defeats the purpose of a premium ultra silent ventilator. When compared to our Duux ultra silent ventilator this is super loud at almost the same price.Let's start with the positives: the base of the ventilator is heavy and well built, the cage around the fan is made out nice feeling metal instead of plastic, the fan looks esthetically pleasing.Next the negatives: the ventilator is loud! It's not the fan but the motor inside the base. It's this annoying high pitched hum. We measured it at 60db - way above the advertised 35db. It makes it unsuitable for using it in the bedroom or for those that are even remotely sensitive to sound. The plastic base is slightly wobbly and the blades also wobble.If this was a 60 euro fan I would look this through the fingers but at 134 euro it's a complete deal breaker. Believe the negative reviews because they are true.I also recently bought a Duux silent fan and the difference is day and night. I returned this ventilator and will buy a second Duux.

Compré el ventilador en 2022. Ahora en 2025 escribiendo esto sigue yendo perfecto. Se ve que aguanta bastante caña y el rendimiento no le baja ni un pocoLo uso todos los veranos y este último año todas las noches. Es bastante silencioso en los modos suaves. Una cosa que cabe destacar es que es muy fácil abrirle la reja para limpiarlo, ajustar el tornillo de plástico que tiene (que se suele aflojar con el tiempo y a hacer algo más de ruido...)El que traiga un mando a distancia también es la leche. Volveré a comprar uno de esta marca sin duda (o hasta el mismo modelo)

Der Rowenta VU5870 Turbo Silence Extreme+ läuft jetzt seit ein paar Wochen bei mir und hat auch erste Hitzewellen mitgemacht. Bisher bin ich total überzeugt von dem Ventilator. Hatte zuvor einen AEG Baumarkt Ventilator, bin also einiges an knarzen und Geräuschen gewohnt. Im direkt Vergleich wie Tag und Nacht.Als Alternative hatte ich zuvor noch den MEACO MeacoFan 1056P getestet Der ist sogar nochmal teurer und wird als Top in Tests beworben. Der ging aber wieder zurück. Da der angebliche "superleise" Ventilator hatte mir zu unangenehme Geräusche gemacht. Er war mir auch zu klobig. Für die Wartung und Pflege war der MEACO auch einfach schlecht konstruiert, mit irgendwelchen Mini-Schrauben an die man nur sehr schlecht herankam. Alles was ich am MEACO MeacoFan 1056P negativ befand konnte der Rowenta VU5870 bisher positiv besetzen:+ Lässt sich einfach zusammenbauen.+ Die wichtigsten Teile die man öfter auseinander bauen wird, wie Standfuß und Ventilatorschutz werden mit Metallschrauben und Gewinde befestigt nix Plastik.+ Als Gesamtpaket staufähig für Keller oder Schrank.+ Die Nachtstufe sowie Stufe 1 sind superleise und für Schlaf angenehm. Dennoch beim Nachtmodus wird man ein leichtes tiefes brummen wahrnehmen können, bei Stufe 1 wiederum nicht dafür eher ein sehr leichtes sanftes Windgeräusch. Ich kann damit leben. Im Vergleich zu meinem alten AEG Ventilator bleibt das wie Tag und Nacht.+ Abschaltautomatik. Schaltet sich nach max. 12h Dauerbetrieb ab. Also falls man mal vergisst den Ventilator auszuschalten, keine Angst.- Das einzige was ich mir wünschen würde wäre eine Fernbedienung mit austauschbaren Akku-Batterien, anstatt Wegwerf-Knopfzellen. Auf der anderen Seite wiederum ist es positiv das hier kein eingeklebter Akku verbaut wurde.# Geräuschentwicklung:Vorne weg. Jeder Ventilator - auch noch so gut - wird Geräusche machen. Wir reden hier schon von einem hohen Niveau, da kommen 95% der Marktventilatoren gar nicht heran.Wichtig für mich bei etwaiger Geräuschentwicklung ist auch was für Geräusche sind denn zu hören? Beim MEACO MeacoFan 1056P ging es eher auf und ab, periodisch, unharmonisch ohne Muster von der ganzen 3D Mechanik und Motor. Beim Rowenta ist es kontant und wenn dann eher harmonisch, stört mich eher weniger. Die Ventilatorblätter auf höchster Stufe klingen für meine Ohren immer noch sanft und nicht schrill etc. Es klappert auch nichts.Alles in allen bin ich sehr zufrieden und gehe davon aus der Ventilator einige Jahre seinen Zweck erfüllt.Kaufempfehlung.

Vediamo quindi i pochi lati negativi:La modalità notturna. Silenziosa, ok, ma assolutamente inefficace. Il ventilatore deve essere a poca distanza da noi altrimenti non si muove un alito. Per la notte stiamo usando la posizione 1, molto silenziosa e di potenza giusta a smuovere l'aria, o l'effetto vento naturale.Alzare e abbassare l'asta: l'eleganza ci sta tutta ma se non si sta attenti si rischia di vedersi schiacciare un dito. Bisogna usare due mani (come in tutti i ventilatori d'altronde).Il supporto del radiocomando: il supporto sul retro del ventilatore, che usa probabilmente due piccole calamite nascoste nella plastica per reggere il radiocomando, è insufficiente. Basta poco per far cadere il radiocomando a terra. Un'ottima idea ma sviluppata male, peccato.Il radiocomando: comodissimo ma i tastini a bolla non fanno sperare in una vita lunga.Il turbo: uuuh! Oltre la posizione 3 arriva un ciclone. Rumore e vento si fanno sentire. OK, meno rumore e più vento rispetto qualsiasi altro ventilatore, però quella potenza con tanto rumore (comunque meno di altri ventilatori e a una potenza che gli altri non raggiungono) non ha senso.Il timer: se lo si programma dal radiocomando ci vuole una vista da falco! Lo stesso pulsante premuto più volte muove progressivamente l'indicatore, una piccola lucina sul ventilatore, lungo le posizioni che indicano il tempo prima dello spegnimento. Posizioni ovviamente molto vicine, segnate da numeri non illuminati e minuscoli. Per leggerli bisogna avvicinarsi tanto al ventilatore che il radiocomando non serve più.Ultimo, il prezzo: non si scherza, cento euro sono quattro ventilatori economici, tre ventilatori discreti, due ventilatori di fascia alta. Conto che la durata mi ripaghi. Sinora usavo dei Belko indistruttibili e molto efficienti, non all'altezza di questo Rowenta ma costosi tra la metà e un terzo di questo.Ecco invece cosa ho apprezzato: la sciocchezzina dell'effetto vento naturale è gradevole, certo si vive bene anche senza ma ho gradito. I pulsanti a sfioramento sul ventilatore non sono la solita membrana di gomma pronta a rompersi dopo pochi mesi, sono a sfioramento (diciamo effetto smartphone) e quindi di durata molto maggiore di quanto avessi sperato, anche se il click di un vero pulsante è sempre la cosa migliore. Il montaggio è estremamente semplice e la cosa più difficile è solo la sciocchezza di mettere ben dritta la gabbia anteriore del ventilatore.Il silenzio, la potenza, la solidità e la bellezza sono il punto di forza, come si può leggere nelle altre recensioni. Tanto silenzioso che alla velocità 1 bisogna guardarlo per capire se è acceso o spento, e alla velocità 2 il leggero ronzio aiuta ad addormentarsi.Per me i lati negativi sono al limite dell'insignificante per un ottimo ventilatore da regalarsi, a patto che il prezzo non raggiunga le tre cifre.
