A replacement was promptly shipped to me.The popcorn maker works exactly as you would expect from an industrial grade machine!I use the Buttery Coconut Oil + Flavacol combo in the cooking bowl, and it tastes just like a theater here at home. If you have the space for a unit of this size, I'm sure you'll enjoy it as much as I have.The most difficult part of owning this machine is going to be resisting the urge to make tons of popcorn all day.
