Good quality and great value for money. Most importantly though, Rugvista's customer service is just outstanding. If all sellers were this professional and efficient life would be so much easier! I would give them more stars if I could. Return process was so easy and convenient (I had to change sizes, nothing wrong with the rug at all), and communication was quick, professional, clear and pleasant.

Wow... Einfach nur klasse ...obwohl ich sagen muss es dauert etwa drei Tage bis er sich vollständig ausgelegt hat da er leider gefaltet und nicht gerollt geliefert wird. Der Teppich ist sehr weich und modern ...gut verarbeitet 👍 sein Geld auf jeden Fall wert.

Very expensive rug and not very good quality. Lasted less than a year before looking very weathered and has to be replaced. Also it never lay flat and always has creases creating a trip hazard. Really disappointing as I thought Rugvista were a good company and reputable but I wouldn’t recommend this rug.
