Aufgrund der extrem guten Beschichtung hat sich an der schlechter ölbenetzten Pfannenmitte noch keine nachteilige Oberflächenveränderung ergeben. Mal sehen ob die Pfanne 2 Jahre durchhält.

I can't recall having a single bad experience with them yet. This pan is no different. I love how smooth the surface feels when I'm washing it. To me that means that there aren't a bunch of teeny tiny crevices for food to sneak into that I can't wash off. On the whole, I don't trust non-stick surfaces. I've never had one where you didn't have to use at least a tiny bit of oil so I gave up completely on even trying one without. This pan so far has only needed a very thin layer of olive oil which not only saves me money, but means I can't taste it in my food. I haven't had to scrub off any baked on food yet. I just let it soak and then use a plastic brush in the hot soapy water on it and I'm good to go. Years from now, I'll probably have to put more effort into cleaning it. BUT that also means I feel safe in saying that the pan will last me a good few years. The color-changing bit is useless to me personally because I'm the type that hovers their hand over the pan to tell when the temperature is where I need it based on what I'm cooking. But it did actually change color so I can verify that. I think you'll be more than happy with this pan in your kitchen.

There really isn't to much I can say about this stir fry pan offering from brand Russell Hobbs in all reality but what little I am able to comment upon is thankfully, all good. The pan itself seems to be well manufactured and appears highly robust and durable. To be honest, I wasn't expecting anything less from such a well known and reputable brand but it is still always very pleasing to know you are getting such a great quality product for your investment. The pan feels solid and dependable and has clearly been well manufactured using high quality parts, materials and components. It is not overly heavy as some of these types of pans can sometimes be, and the balance between weight and practicality feels spot on. The handle element, much like the pan body itself is well made and as well as being comfortable to hold, feels strong and reliable. The non-stick coating on the pan is where this pan really excels however and is possibly one of the best I have experienced from a stir fry pan for quite some time now. Once again, this is testimony to the good reputation of this well known and iconic brand. I genuinely cannot find anything to fault or dislike about this pan at all and i wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone and everyone. Probably the best stirfry pan I have owned within the last decade! Simply perfect...
