Exactly what I needed to tidy up the picks rattling around in my case, and the graphics are just plain cool. I suspect the printing on the picks will wear off immediately, but so what. I just wanted the tin! --- I had to come back and update this review, because I've now had a chance to use 'em, and they're pretty sweet. About the same flex as a Fender Medium, but really nice grip, as someone else mentioned. Nice tone, too. (Still haven't seen the printing wear off, still don't care...)

The tin is amazing. The picks inside are of really good quality with different thicknesses. I've only broken one in about 2 months and will buy this again when I need more picks.

Needed a place to keep picks. This came in real handy

These picks have a nice non-slip material that stays securely between the thumb and fingers. A nice plus is the miscellaneous designs on them. I do wish they could be acquired in larger numbers, however.
