I am a martial artist who has posterior tibial tendinitis in my left foot. Whenever I partake in jumping and spinning there’s a chance that it will cause a flareup, (whoch I do barefoot) so when I am wearing shoes which is most of the day, I need something that has high arch support as well as stability.Not only do these have the stability and arch support that I need, they are good for feet that are slightly wider, I am not considered wide width but my feet are somewhere between regular and wide width.I use these for jogging on the treadmill and for walking around town with my dog. I highly recommend these shoes. They are so soft and cushy inside which is a plus. If you have high arches I highly recommend ryka!

I bought these shoes to wear for classes at the gym. I had been using my old Saucony runners, which are adorable and I love them, but they just don't have enough arch support for me, after a couple years' struggle with Plantar Fasciitis. I have worn them for Kettlebells, Zumba, Cycling, Treadmill (mostly walking and jogging), Weight Training, and Elliptical. They are very comfortable, with no break in period. They fit perfectly, and provide good support for my PF. Before the gym closed down due to COVID-19, I'd say I wore them around the gym and at classes at least a dozen times. They show no signs of wear and remain comfortable.

I was looking to replace my trainers I wear to Zumba and other exercise dance classes. These were recommended for Zumba so thought I would give them a try. I’m so pleased, really comfortable and supportive. They are perfect for Zumba. Only negative is the price as they are a bit expensive.

Love the trainers I got which I needed for Zumba, I wasn’t sure in size as I like to try on before I buy but went off reviews. I am usually a size 6/7 uk size but got a size 8 as reviews said they were a bit small, and it was right! 8 is slightly big but still very comfortable and light.
