I purchased this for my Christmas turkey. I was very impressed with the fact the metal wire rack can be used at two heights as I always make a trivet of veg underneath for my gravy. This gave me some flexibility. It held my baby turkey perfectly and after was great to use on the hob to make my gravy. Went straight in the dishwasher after and came out like new. Glad I purchased this.

He pedido esta bandeja de horno de la marca SALTER, para reemplazarla por la bandeja vieja que tenía. Buscaba una bandeja todoterreno para hacer asados, calentar el pan y hacer dulces en el horno.Tras probarla estas son mis impresiones:🍗Puntos positivos:-La comida no se pega en el fondo.-Tiene buena capacidad me cabe bien el pollo y un costillar a la mitad. Comemos tres con esta bandeja de asado.-La utilizo para hacer asados de carne, y bizcochos, aunque también me parece apropiada (aunque no lo he probado) para hacer preparaciones al “baño María” como flanes y otros dulces como el tocino de cielo.-La bandeja me ha parecido robusta, no la noto endeble. Y de buena calidad.-La he fregado a mano (también se puede meter al lavavajillas) y sale bien la suciedad sin rascar mucho.🍗Puntos negativos:-las asas de la rejilla metálica queman al sacarlas del horno y retirarlas, hay que cogerlas con una manopla de horno (o con trapos).En resumen me ha parecido un buen producto a un buen precio, con una muy buena calidad, y resistente. Lo recomiendo.

Im Grunde ist das was du hier bekommst ein Aluminium Blech mit hohen Kanten und einem Brateneinsatz. Bräter möchte ich dieses Teil wirklich nicht nennen.Solch ein Brateneinsatz für einen richtigen Bräter ist schon was tolles. Hier hast du allerdings das Problem, das der Einsatz in dem Blech hin und her rutscht. Damit läufst du Gefahr, dass die Beschichtung zerkratzt.Weiterhin wird beschrieben, dass das Teil in den Geschirrspüler kann. Grundsätzlich ist das sicherlich so, damit stellt sich nur die Frage, wie lange die Beschichtung das mitmacht.Ich gehe mal davon aus, dass hier die selben Stoffe wie bei handelsüblichen Kuchen- und Backformen verwendet werden.Noch eine kleine Sache. Für mich gehört zu einem Bräter auch ein Deckel der hier nicht dabei ist.Nun möchte ich allerdings nicht weiter meckern. Das Teil macht was es soll. Der Einsatz ist perfekt für Braten aller Art. Daher gibt es eine Kaufempfehlung.

I bought this for doing Christmas dinner as we didn't have any roasting trays big enough for a goose. It was just about big enough while still managing to fit in our oven. The removable rack made dealing with a heavy bird much easier. Would recommend.
