If you feel like you're coming down with something, just pop a sachet of this in a mug, add a little hot water, and drink this magic potion! It doesn't seem to clash with other medications etc., and is essentially various herbal extracts and a little sugar. It seems to stop colds etc. developing, and shortens / lessens the symptoms if anything has already developed. The taste is agreeable but some may find it slightly spicy.
