This USB flash drive exceeded my expectations for its price. The read and write speeds are quite good. It has a nice design and a solid metal case. The actual available storage is 57.2 GB for the 64 GB version.

De Sandisk Ultra Flair 256 GB USB 3.0 Flash Drive is kleiner en lichter dan je denkt. Hier in de reviews lees ik veel over de tegenvallende snelheid. Mijn ervaring is anders: bij schrijven van muziekbestanden is de snelheid ca. 40-45 MB/s. Op de verpakking staat een maximale snelheid van 130 MB/s, maar dat is de maximale leessnelheid. Sandisk adverteert heel slim met een maximale 'overdrachtssnelheid' van 130 MB/s, en feitelijk klopt dat, maar de gebruiker heeft daar andere verwachtingen bij. Ik vind dat Sandisk daarmee wel de grenzen heeft gezocht van wel/geen misleiding. Maar zoals gezegd: ik ben tevreden. Verder had ik de verwachting dat deze flash drive geheel van metaal zou zijn, maar zoals uit de foto blijkt, is de onderkant van kunststof, met uitzondering van het gedeelte dat in de USB-poort wordt gedaan. Op zich geen groot probleem, maar het lijkt erop dat Sandisk wil verbergen dat de achterkant van kunststof is, omdat foto's van de onderkant zeer zeldzaam zijn. Wat me verder opvalt is dat deze Flash Drive geen led-lampje heeft. De Drive is standaard geformatteerd met het FAT32 bestandsformaat. Ik heb deze omgezet naar exFAT omdat die geen beperkingen heeft m.b.t. de bestandsgrootte van 4GB, en een iets betere performance heeft. Over de betrouwbaarheid kan ik nog niets zeggen, omdat ik de Drive nog maar kort in mijn bezit heb.

Small ans usefull. I can put a lot of maps on it and use it in my car.

I'm giving this USB stick overall 5 stars as I'm happy with my purchase, mainly because it works so far with zero issues, and delivery was super quick, and the USB came well secured, but as I stated in my rating, when it comes to value of money compared to the Gigabytes you get, it is more like 3 stars in my personal opinion, and it is just because nowadays people need 10x more space on devices like this, and simply for a reason that a lot of data and documents are done electronically and knowing that everything cost more and more these days, spending almost 53.$ on just 512G is a bit of a rip off, for that price I would rather get 1TB or at least 750GB / 820GB, ..BUT I also know that the price of USB's are similar across all stores, online or not, and that SanDisk is absolutely the best company of USB memory sticks, and that's why I consciously made the decision to buy it, despite the high price. Since those reviews are a guide for people to buy or not to buy something, I want to add that few years back I bought a set of 2x 512GB USB sticks for I think 20.$ from some unknown brand, and one got my laptop ''virused'' and second stopped working at second use, so if you looking for more affordable USB, be aware that cheaper not always means good on the long run, and even though those memory sticks are essentials in this day and age, and we all would like them to not be so pricey, it is better to invest bigger amount and have it pretty much forever, than trying to save money and in the end loose them because the device is faulty.I hope this review will help you with your decision making for this product.

Es algo pequeña y el material plástico da la sensación de que con el tiempo se va a caer, sin embargo la capacidad es muy grande (aunque son 232 efectivos conta lo que se anuncia) y la velocidad de transferencia es increíble ya que moví un video de 233 MB de mi computadora a la USB en menos de 10 segundos (si así como se lee), aunque también puede que influya mi equipo ya que es una MSI con i7, 8 de ram y SSD, pero aun así es espectacular la velocidad de de la memoria

Jak za 70 parę złotych świetny pendraiv może nie za szybki ale wolny też nie jest. Zapełniłem całego w jakieś 4 godziny filmami i w sumie do odtwarzania filmów na TV został kupiony. No fajnie że metalowy a nie plastik fantastik
