I do a lot of fitness dvd’s and some of them involve being on the floor on my knees, I have a great gym mat (air*x) but it wasn’t enough for my knees, one of which is damaged by a cycling accident some years ago. I bought the pink one and it is great, no more knee pain even if I do 50 leg lifts on one knee.

I have pain when weight is put on my knee during poses such as cat/cow, this mat is very thick and provides the right amount of cushioning without interfering with the poses.
