I have a lot of old hard drives and want to archive them. It works plug and play perfectly with my iMac 27 inch. No complaints at all. Recommended for archivers for sure.

It works. But, at irregular moments the connection is lost and then re-established, which is particularly annoying if one does read or worse write to the device connected to it.

The product connected with some old internal and external hard disks with no problem at all. Didn’t need to load any special software to access the drives (Windows 11). Very happy. Amazon Prime also performed well: I ordered the item in the morning and received it by 7pm the same day.
