Bought a pair of boots that were tight and made walking uncomfortable. Sure I could suffer through the break in as they were made with thick quality leather and lord knows how many many pairs of boots over the years where I had just toughed out the break in.I am older now .. and breaking in things in .. well I am just not as tough or patient as I used to be. Bought this shoe stretcher. It was Amazing.First ... it works with boots that come ankle high where regular shoe stretchers would work. The double adjustment knobs make it really versatile. It comes with several attachments to adjust it to you particular concerns and even comes with a little storage bag.Now the important part. IT WORKS! My left foot is a fair bit in size from my right. If I buy a shoe to fit my right foot it will be to tight on my left and visa versa. My pinky toe on my left boot was being rubbed to death. I inserted the stretcher and push it to the front of the boot. Next spin the black knob which expands a hell section so the stretcher is adjusted to your foot size. once it is in place turn the heart shaped knob until it is firmly snug. After a few hours I gently turned it just a tiny bit more. I left it for the suggested 24 hours.Viola ... Boots fit absolutely perfectly and went for a 2 mile walk with no pain. Just like that. No blisters or rubs or mole skin and weeks of work. One night .. problem solved.now make note THERE IS ONLY ONE STRETCHER. if you want to do both shoes/boots you will have to do one and then the other. However.. Happy with the product.
