Ik heb lang getwijfeld tussen het apple keyboard en deze. Uiteindelijk voor de prijs/kwaliteit van dit toetsenbord gegaan.Het product is stevig en mooi vormgegeven, echter is er een GROOT MINPUNT:De accu van dit product zéér snel leeg. Ik heb spijt van de aankoop!

(Beware! At times some keys on the keyboard appear to not be working when you hold down modifier keys (ex. cmd, shift, etc). The problem however is not the keyboard. Somehow from time to time, the fn lock (esc key) gets turned on and messes with the functionality of the modifier keys. Maybe I'm hitting the fn lock somehow, idk, doesn't happen often. It took me a while to figure out this was the problem and that I needed to hit the esc key to turn off the fn lock. Then all the keys started working like normal. I wouldn't discourage anyone from buying this product because of this though. It's a small problem with a quick and easy fix, once you're aware of it. All of the benefits of this keyboard far outweigh this small problem. And for me, it's really the only problem with this keyboard)I work as a software engineer and designer for 8 hours a day and use the keyboard very heavily. In addition I'm fond of keyboard shortcuts wherever possible. This keyboard feels very very comfortable and works perfectly both in wired mode as well as bluetooth. I love the built-in battery that charges via USB-C. It looks great on my desk alongside my grey trackpad. I love how it's not nearly as wide as the keyboard apple offers, and in my opinion, looks sleeker / shinier. Build quality is nice and heavy. Feels premium.Some people complain that you can't use forward backspace on this keyboard using fn + delete (which is true) however, most are probably not aware that you can also use ctrl + d to forward backspace. It works the same exact way and is actually easier because it only requires one hand whereas the other method requires both. This shortcut comes standard in macOS, no configuration in the settings required. Just connect the keyboard, hit ctrl + d and it works.The keys are made of a kind of rubbery plastic that is smooth to the touch, very comfortable and helps prevent slips while typing. Some people prefer further key-travel but I like short key-travel for faster typing and this keyboard fits the bill. I do wish there was more consistent lighting around the keys though... Other than that, this keyboard is perfect, and I will be keeping.

Having used a wireless Apple keyboard for several years, I have been finding it difficult to use a standard Logitech keyboard. The Apple Keyboard that I have doesn’t have num pad, which is a bit of a nuisance. Also, somehow the lack of a ‘delete’ key is confusing.The Satechi keyboard fixes these problems for me. It is wireless, has a separate num pad and can switch easily between multiple computers, and even an iphone! For example, this review was typed on the Satechi Compact, while I also kept switching easily to my computer.The keys are really quite soft-touch, maybe more so than the Apple keyboard. Or it could just be because this one’s new. The profile of the keyboard is fairly low, so resting your wrists doesn’t seem to as much of a problem as with other keyboards.The keys have backlighting, which can be turned up or down, or even turned off during the day. All in all a good quality keyboard, though the pricing is on the stiffer side. Nevertheless, the quality is outstanding - good value overall for regular office use, if you are do a lot of typing.Delivery was before time, which adds a bit to buying experience.

Very high build quality and looks amazing alongside my MacBook. Feels really nice to type with, has Mac button layout, and connects easily and quickly to my MacBook.Very impressed and couldn't be happier. Worth the money easily.
