I literally said "wow!" when I opened up this package. It makes an excellent first impression, the quality of the "vegan leather" is very nice, the whole product has a subtle premium feel. The size and thickness is comparable to an Apple AirTag inside of a slim case. However it gives the impression of being thinner because it doesn't "bulge" in the middle the way Apple's does, it's all flat sides.I love that it's rechargeable, anytime I'm near my MagSafe wireless charging puck I can just drop it on there for a top-up. It doesn't magnetize, it's too small, any Qi wireless charger should probably work equally well. (The only thing that wouldn't work is an Apple Watch charger with raised sides.) A small charging indicator light appears to let you know you've positioned it correctly - orange while charging, green when full.I have an Apple AirTag with a dead battery that I haven't bothered to open up and replace yet, I sure wish Apple's had this wireless charging capability! I've seen (and purchased) wallet tracking cards with rechargeable batteries, but this is the first time I've seen a keychain sized option. One thing Apple's AirTag has is the UWB close-range locating abilities, this Satechi one doesn't have that, nor do almost any other brand of "Find My" compatible trackers. To be honest I haven't found Apple's UWB locating to be very accurate, so it's fine by me. Finding the keys by following the sound is simple and reliable. One unique thing this Satechi can do, that I don't think I've seen on other products, it can be turned off if you wanted to save power for some reason. On the other hand, a thief could turn it off too, but they'd have to know the unique sequence of clicks to use, which is highly unlikely. I can't imagine that I'll use that feature but it's cool to have as an option.Only two things that I wish were different, both relating to the keyring part of the product. First, the tracker doesn't lay flat against my keys. If you try to put your keys directly on Satechi's cool black metal keyring, the design of the ring loop makes the tracker sit at a perpendicular angle sideways against the keys. I had to add my own second keyring in addition to Satechi's keyring to get it to lay flat with the keys. Not the end of the world, but I wish Satechi included two small rings in the box.My second concern is: the "vegan leather" material is what forms the loop that attaches the tracker to the keyring. I wonder how durable this soft, flexible material will be over time? Could the fabric wear out, and the tracker get separated from the keys - defeating the whole purpose of the product? Hard to say right now, so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. But I'll try to be gentle with it. Even if it did break, I'd just be left with a rectangular AirTag basically, so it would still be useful.Overall I'd say this is a much better product than Apple's own AirTags, at the same price. Highly recommended!

This review is for the Satechi FindAll tracker key chain with Apple Find Me integrationWhile I don’t lose my lanyard full of keys because it is too large to misplace, I am preparing for a long trip abroad and want to keep a tracker in my back pack that gives me the ability to attach my AirBnB‘s or hotel key if issued. I like that it isn’t easily appear to be a tracker when attached to the packs internal key chain, so if my back pack is lost or stolen, I have some way of finding it.This was an easy setup that only required me to:* Charge the fob on my MagSafe charger which took about 20 minutes and indicated by a small orange light that turned green when fully charged. (The charge last 9 months on average, though recharging is recommended every 8 months.)* Turn on the FOB’s nearly invisible micro power button as directed and wait for an “On” confirmation beep.* Open the Find Me app on your phone and select “add other device” option. If the fob is powered up, Find Me will find the device. Make sure both your phone is on your correct Apple ID and select the fob to use the same ID.* You can then use the Find Me app to name the fob, and assign it an icon to easily differentiate it from other devices on Find Me* The fob is now trackable in Find MeOf note: As with most tracking devices for use with Apple Find Me the devices charge with a MagSafe charger only. So if you don’t yet have one, it will need to be purchased for the devices to be operable. This fob device doesn’t connect magnetically, so you must move the fob on the charger until the connection is indicated by the orange or green light.I can’t yet report on the long term durability of device or it function, but it is great right out of the box. I will update if I encounter any issues. For now it is a high quality device that is simple to set up and works reliably.

This is a good key-finding fob, with a rechargeable battery. Unfortunately, you need a Qi or other magnetic/wireless charger to get it to charge, and none was included. It paired with the phone fine the second time, and fortunately the instructions included how to reset after a bad link. I'll have to leave a comment on battery life after a few charge cycles, but it appears to charge quickly and hold charge ok.

I have been using Apple Airtags, and I like them. I can add Airtags to most things that I want to keep track of. However, the Apple Airtag is shaped like just a disc. I must add a case/holder to use it. If I packed it inside a suitcase, I would not be able to hear it. While it provides versatility by using various cases for different applications, it requires another purchase. While the Apple Airtags are useful, it is not as convenient. Changing the battery is not much of a task but it still requires additional work especially when it was cased. Some of the cases require small tools to disassembly. While I have seen some Airtag-like tracking devices that could be charged, they usually use a proprietary charger. If you lose that charger, they probably would be difficult to replace. After I opened the box, I placed this Satechi FindAll Keychain on one of my wireless chargers and the orange light came on. It was charging without any issue. I actually tested it with another wireless charger, and it charged fine. It did not take long to fully charged this. It probably was fully charged when it left the factory. Pairing is easy, nothing unusual. It works just like my other Airtags. I did notice that the sound was louder than my other Airtags. This is Goodness but I am not sure if this is because I just fully charged it.This Satechi FindAll Keychain functions better than the Apple Airtag. This is what the Airtag should have been. I really like the small form factor and the convivence of easy charging. If you use Apple Airtag or is looking to buy one, get this instead.

This little gadget is exactly what I needed. I’ve used AirTags before, but what I love about the Satechi FindAll is the wireless rechargeability — no more prying things open to replace batteries. Setup was quick through Apple’s Find My app and I was tracking my keys in seconds. It’s got a clean, minimalist design that feels premium — nothing bulky or cheap about it. The keyring loop is sturdy, and I haven’t had any disconnect issues at all. I even tested the tracking accuracy and was impressed by how precise it was indoors and out.One suggestion for improvement: I wish it had a small speaker or chirp feature on the device itself, so I could find my phone from the keychain like I can with a couple of my other trackers. But for locating the keychain from my iPhone, it works flawlessly. If you live in the Apple ecosystem and want something that blends in, charges easily, and just works — this is a great pickup.
