I am sorry to say the entire batch was faulty, I tried one or two sticks per every single box and they don't burn. The light up and then the burning stops 1 minute later. They look compromised, as if they got wet and dry again. I tried to reach out to the seller but there is no help on amazon and the customer support is redirected onto a website where I couldn't find any help.

Initially I was worried about the few negative reviews that said these incense sticks didn't burn well but I changed my mind as soon as it was delivered to me and I tried the first "spiritual healing" package, it burns really well and emits a delicate non-annoying odour. Excellent quality product

I am so happy with this! The price can’t be beat at $16.85 for 12 boxes! They do seem authentic, and the seals and packaging are all intact. One of the seals on the outer box was broken, but I’m not worried as all of the inner boxes are fine. This is a great variety and I’m excited to try the fragrances that are new to me. They all smell beautiful! Potent and very nicely fragranced. You can’t go wrong with this set, if you’re a fan of incense this is a really lovely sampler!
