Se cassent très vites, certains étaient secs dès l'achat. Jolies couleurs mais ne tiennent pas du tout. Très décevant

3 of the 12 pens were dry and unusable. Contacted seller and they offered an apology and semi acceptable resolution.Sad to see other reviews stating the exact same issue obviously a faulty batch that has not been resolved (spanning oct-dec).

My daughter ordered these, and when they arrived, 7 out of 12 were dried out and did not mark or barely marked. I submitted a return, and the item was quickly replaced. Today the second order came in, and this time 6 out of 12 were dried out and did not mark or barely marked. This time I’ll be submitting for a refund, and we will spend a little more for a better quality product.
