De Scheppach tafelcirkelzaag HS254 is een krachtige hulp in elke werkplaats en is geschikt voor het nauwkeurig zagen van balken, profielplanken en voor lengte- en verstekzagen. De krachtige 2200 watt motor en het zaagblad met Ø 254 mm met 5300 min-1 zorgen voor een snelle vooruitgang en maken nauwkeurige zaagsneden mogelijk.
Het robuuste onderstel van massief plaatstaal zorgt bovendien voor een ergonomische werkhouding en zorgt voor een stabiele stand. De HS254 wordt geleverd inclusief dwarsdoorsnede, langsaanslag en schuifstok.

Compact en krachtig
De Scheppach HS254 tafelcirkelzaag is standaard gemonteerd op een stabiel onderstel – zo heeft hij een veilige, antislip stand en een aangename werkhoogte van 85 cm. Zaag en onderconstructie wegen slechts 23 kg, zodat hij gemakkelijk in het midden van de werkplaats of buiten kan worden geplaatst om te werken. Zo heb je altijd voldoende bewegingsvrijheid bij het hanteren met lange planken.
De sterke 2200 watt motor garandeert ook bij harde stukken hout een hoog vermogen en levert een max. Toerental zaagblad: 5300 min-1.
Grote maaihoogte van 85 mm
Het zaagblad van 254 mm kan met een handslinger in hoogte worden versteld, waarbij de maximale maaihoogte 85 mm bedraagt. Ook een traploze hoekverstelling van 45° is door middel van een schaal precies instelbaar. De zaagbladbescherming zorgt voor maximale veiligheid en de zaagbladafzuiging boven en onder garandeert een snelle werkruimte.
De tafelcirkelzaag is bovendien uitgerust met een tafelverbreding aan de linker- en rechterkant van het werkblad, om ook grotere werkstukken veilig en vlak op de met verbredingen 935 mm brede zaagtafel te kunnen plaatsen.
Aan beide zijden monteerbare lengteaanslag
Door middel van de lengteaanslag, die zowel rechts als links van het zaagblad kan worden gebruikt, zijn exacte maatsnijden mogelijk. Een geïntegreerd vergrootglas vergemakkelijkt het aflezen van de schaal. Met de snelspanhendel kan de lengteaanslag binnen enkele seconden goed worden geplaatst.
Bij de levering bevindt zich ook een dwarssnijmes, waarmee hoeksneden van -60 tot +60 graden nauwkeurig kunnen worden ingesteld. Dit zorgt ervoor dat het werkstuk veilig kan worden geleid en correct kan worden gesneden.

Einfache Bauanleitung zum selbst zusammenbauen. Tolle Verarbeitung und sehr stabil. Läuft leiser als gedacht.Tolles Produkt aber von dem Hersteller auch nicht anders zu erwarten.

This is quite a good solid product of high standard of engineering. What is so bad about it is the documentation is quite out of date and therefore very bad and the support people were really inadequate and seemingly not capable of answering my questions.The manual is 2 cm thick and in 19 languages. Since it was printed there have been several modifications which are therefore not documented and there are many errors in the installation instructions. I suggested to the supplier that they should talk to the manufacturers about them putting the manual in PDF form online. This would help for future updates to be more available making it easier and far cheaper for themselves as well as the end user. With such a powerful machine, it is so important that the installation is accurately described (and therefore followed) but this was not provided, and the support people were very poor with their responses.I had several issues with the supplier, Practixx Germany. After several messages back and forth asking for help they proved to be totally inept and unable to answer basic questions about the installation of the machine, which is something the manufacturers had put a lot of effort into because of the safety and security to the end user. Several of my questions had to be asked 3, 4 and 5 times as they could not reply with any sort of decent response and in fact they tended to whitewash over questions and thought they had done a decent job in their answers. It was fairly obvious that their replies were getting more disinterested the more I repeatedly asked for answers to the same questions. One very simple question was put to them that they were unable to answer and told me they had to go back to the technical team for help. This was semi acceptable but the final reply back to me was pretty pathetic. The end result of this frustrating procedure was them offering me a return label. All that rather than answer my questions correctly and honestly.It is such a shame that a high quality piece of machinery has such an awful customer service. Product wise I give it 10 out of 10 but support wise they get a paltry 2 out of 10 and that was only because they replied quite quickly rather than any score for the content of their replies.

Die Lieferung ist sehr schnell gewesen. Die Säge ist nicht so schwer. Das obere blaue Teil ist leider aus Plastik. Sonst leicht aufzubauen.👍
