Schleich- Figura Cocodrilo, 5,2 cm

Perfect diorama figure, with a movable jaw. Excellent paint job, accurately proportioned. Looks exactly like the photo in the listing and is the same as the size shown in the listing details. Definitely NOT for too much rough play, even if the figure is tough and sturdy - the jaw could be broken off if mishandled by kids. Use discretion if being purchased for a child.

I bought this toy because I was working on a "Man vs Nature" type of photography project. I did not have access to a real crocodile or alligator (nor did I want real access...hahahaha). Instead, I bought this toy and used it as my photography subject. I have since let my kids have it as an educational toy. This is a neat little toy. The paint job is great. In the photos it looked realistic, especially with a little editing (such as putting it into a swampy environment using Photoshop). I have attached unedited pictures of this item. I took them sitting on a couch next to a well-lit window. Hopefully, this will give you a true feel of the paint quality.From head to the tail, I would measure this at around 7" long. The nose of the crocodile, which is the highest point of this toy, stands around 2" from the ground. I like the fact that the mouth opens and shuts. However, I feel that if there are any weak points in the paint job it is inside the mouth. It just looks a lot less realistic than the rest for some reason. I opted to keep the mouth closed for my photo project. The mouth is the only moving part on this toy. The legs and tail do not articulate. It is a hard, molded plastic. A mi hija le encantan las figuras de Schleich y a mí también, porque aunque los haya más baratos, siempre están muy logrados. Este cocodrilo no es ninguna excepción. Bonito, tamaño ideal para las manitas pequeñas para jugar, bien hecho y abre la boca.

Produit de qualité et très bien détaillée. Je n'achète que des figurines de cette marque. Jamais déçu de la marque Schleich. Permet de faire de très beaux décors animalier / sauvage. La mâchoire est articulée, très bel effet.
