Oh, een vuursalamander! Als je deze schitterende amfibiesoort in het bos of langs een beekje ziet, mag je je gelukkig prijzen. Meestal gaat hij 's nachts op pad. Overdag verstopt hij zich liever in een gat in de grond of in een grot. Zijn zwart-gele patroon mag dan enorm opvallen, de meeste dieren blijven op een afstandje. Hij is namelijk giftig. Dit exemplaar laat zich echter veilig aaien door vriendjes.

Our 6-year-old daughter and 5-year-old son absolutely love Schleich figures and we collect them as a family. We usually only buy one of each figure, but both kids really wanted one for themselves. As they are close in age and homeschool, it's nice to treat our kids when we can. And, these figure also serve as learning aids. The details on these fire salamanders are excellent, but as you can see, the yellow paint on one of the figures is already chipping. I'm still giving five stars as the kids love these figures and they are typical Schleich quality.

Estamos encantados con este fabricante, mi hijo de 11 años colecciona las figuras pues sus reproducciones estan muy bien hechas; colores, formas....però recuerden ustedes que no son apropiadas para niños menores de 5 años , segun mi opinion , porque algunas son de gran tamaño y pesan mucho ,otras son pequeñas y el niño podria meterlas en la boca.
