Easy enough to fit with basic DIY skills, however it is easy [as I did] to think that this unit may, by just looking at it be suitable for your door application, think again and look again if your garage door has the vertical corrugations. Do not even think of trying to fit this unit unless your prepared to pack the ribs out, which makes the job harder and longer from start to finish. I would think twice before trying to fit this lock to any vertical corrugation door, but especially the ones that are secured at the bottom sprung to the middle like the Hormann RF1 typically fitted across the range by North East of England builders [not sure whether I could be specific so I left builders name out].Two hours work turned into nearly a whole afternoon for me, the job is satisfactory, however you may need to ask yourself was it worth the chew or would it have been better to re-think and choose something else. Conversely I can see nothing whatsoever that will prevent an easy fit to any horizontal corrugated garage door in probably an hour or so.I certainly would not choose to fit these bolts to a vertical corrugated door again, what a chew on it proved to be. The rating I am giving is for the manufacture of the lock and not the seller., although I do think there should be a caution on the box saying may not be suitable for vertically corrugated doors, it will in my opinion save a lot of people a lot of chew on.EDIT 6/8/2019.One lock has now stiffened up and the key is very difficult to turn. I have removed it and looked at it, whilst removed the door key is still difficult to turn in lock,
