Case is fine and no mould like some reviews but item is faulty. Play it without the top piece on and it works fine so no issue with the reeds but the moment you play it with the mouth piece it squeaks every other note and doesn't carry the air to the reed properly

This was bought by my son, it looks amazing, but sadly the sound is off, much higher in tone than it should be, notes don’t sound as they should, we tried to find a work around with his bagpipe teacher, to no avail, so we had to return it! The return process was quick and my son was incredibly grateful for that seeing as he bought it with his own money, just be careful if u intend to learn properly, this definitely doesn’t sound as it should

I mean, it works, but it looks like it was made by a child. Plus the case is all scratched up and the handle is falling off.

I received product today and the chanter is fine but the case is covered in mould
