Sea frogs Voor Sony RX100 VI 195FT/60M onderwatercamera duiken waterdichte behuizing

As a beginner in underwater photography, I felt a little bit overwhelmed with all the options there are when it comes to housing your camera. What's more, I was a little apprehensive when settling on Seafrog housing given they are not as well established as some of the more expensive brands, as well as the fact that it is responsible for keeping the not-too-cheap Sony RX100 safe deep underwater. Ultimately though, I couldn't have been more pleased with my purchase, and it seems as though my 'gamble' has paid off having used it in around 40 dives so far, with no leaks or other issues of any note. Though I don't have any experience to compare with the other main brands, the housing is of solid quality and I have had no issues at all with functionality.Additionally, I use the Sony RX100 VII, and so I was also slightly concerned there might be a problem with compatibility, given this is advertised being specifically for the VI. However, I read that the housing is compatible for both versions, and happily, I have found no problems in this regard whatsoever.All in all, I would highly recommend, as it represents excellent value for money and does the job that it's supposed to. If you go for this instead of one of the other brands, you might just save yourself a few hundred quid too...

I don’t normally write reviews but I have made an exception in this case as the end test was an expensive one. This housing leaves your pictures with a shadow as lights bounces around the housing when using the rx100s built in flash. I only discovered this when on holiday in Bali. I ended up buying a new Nauticam housing whilst there. An addition expense I did not expect. I would not recommend the product. Save a few more penny’s and buy one of the more established brands.

Ya que la política de Sea Frogs es bastante confusa con respecto a las carcasas para la serie Sony RX100, comentaros que con este modelo no es posible utilizar la bomba de vacío para testear la estanqueidad. También vino sin silicona, con las toricas resecas y sólo con una torica de repuesto para la tapa. Nada para los botones.
