Sea to Summit Frontier Ultralight Opvouwbare Waterkoker Koken Set

I do a lot of camping and traveling in general and finding ways to cart around what I need in the lightest or smallest way is definitely what I look for. This set is perfect for these scenarios. I can easily collapse the items into very small, nearly flat pieces that are easy to stack together in little space and then have an easy, yet sturdy way to have tea with oatmeal or cereal for breakfast on the go, or even wine and dinner! This really is the perfect, versatile set for just about any meal on the trail or anywhere you happen to be when you are away from home and need to stop for a bite or a drink.

This little set worked out well for me during my week-long solo backcountry camping trip this past week. Everything stores nicely together when collapsed, and the kettle withstood the heat from my propane burner (I decided not to get a set with a pan/skillet, as I brought several dehydrated meals that just needed hot water). The one drawback is that there is a big rubber band you need to keep track of that keeps it all bound together. Would have been nice if this had been incorporated into the design so as not to create another thing to keep track of when you're camping.

Super cool, lightweight, compact. This was a welcome addition to my backpacking kitchen. The items performed as promised. I was a bit worried about heat damage, but it's still in great shape after a few trips.

Everything feels top notch and tough, just like the challenges this product and the traveler is looking to encounter.The kettle doubles as a pot to cook a little stew, tea, or whatever sustenance or beverage that will fit in this 1.1 liter camping cookware. The cups are 400ml (or 13.5 oz).This is not for open fires. The instructions state to use this over medium-low heat from a camping stove.I think this product will be out of the casual or occasional campers’ budget - quite pricey for something that has many alternatives at a third the price. But for the person that spares no expense for premium gear, this will fit the bill.No deduction for price because this is a specialty item for a special type of adventurer who would be willing to pay the price. 5-starsIf over long term use, my feelings change about this product, I will update this review.
