De Sea to Summit Passage Camping Plate is ontworpen om maximaal 1000 ml (1000 milliliter) kampkeuken te bevatten, en biedt een lichtgewicht, functionele en duurzame oplossing voor buiten dineren. If money is no object, this is a great lightweight plate. However, if you need four of them for a backpacking family, it will be a lot of money. So: quality five stars. Price: depends on your pocketbook. There are other plates to be had for less, but this one has a nice lip to keep food safely on the plate, and can be a serving plate, a 'bowl' to mix a small amount of food, etc. If you have to carry it in your backpack, it definitely serves the "light and strong" purpose. If it's for your car camping kit, weigh the price against the plate.

The lightweight material used for this plate is a winner! I have plates that are lighter and others metal ones that are probably more durable, but this is a great in-between since it is thick lightweight plastic. It's easy to hold and doesn't bend, so it's easy to carry, and the high sides are easy to grip. It's a bit extravagant for a backpacking item, but I got it for travel, where it could easily be packed away and be used instead of paper plates during your trip.

This is a pretty basic plate, although that’s not to say it’s bad - it’s well molded, with no sharp edges and has a nice, curved shape so you can scrape food from the edges. The plastic it’s made from seems durable and didn’t scratch the first time I used it, even cutting chicken on it, so that’s a plus. It’s lightweight as well and makes for a nice match with a collapsable bowl and cup from their Frontier line.

I got this plate for camping/backpacking the yellow color matches the cup I already have. This plate is extremely lightweight, but it is not flimsy. It doesn’t really flex in the middle like you think a plastic plate would. Very happy with the quality
