To view heat from machines and electrical devices and No Dislikes. Checking heat from machines before and after service shows the fixes. Works better than expected. I use a S8 phone designated for the job of display and photo capture.

I have used this for electrical fault finding, and can recommend its use for this task. Obviously this has its limitations and cannot be compared to the professional thermal cameras available, but at the price its very useful.

the product is interesting in relation to the effective resolution and price. the app is certainly immature and at the moment it is not able to provide reliable temperature values ​​for which the investigation that can be carried out is only or mainly qualitative. however I point out that there is an active community of developers and it is possible to connect the device to windows. I recommend looking for: thermalviewer by joe c. with it you can experiment very seriously and this model is supported.
