Seepbroek Extension Kit - bevat 12 m zeepbroek, 12 stoppers, 2 connectors, 12 stuks. Te worden gebruikt in combinatie met een Irrigatia Solar automatisch wateringssysteem. De seepbroek-verlengingsset kan op twee manieren worden gebruikt. Tot 1 meter van de zeebroek kan op de druppelaars worden geleverd met de hoofdunit. Een stopper moet in de andere uiteinden worden geplaatst en kan worden gebruikt om het in positie te houden. Dit arrangement kan worden gebruikt om water over een groter gebied dan de druppelaar alleen te verspreiden en is handig voor grote potten/baskets, het uitzoeken van korte rijen van zaailingen, burying met de wortels van waardevolle planten om te helpen om te bepalen in huis. De druppelaars kunnen op verschillende hoogtes, maar de individuele lengte van de zeepbroek moet niveau worden bewaard. Als alternatief kunnen de connectors worden gebruikt om tot 6 m zeepproeken op de pomp aan te sluiten. De seep broek moet niveau worden bewaard en kan worden gestakt in positie. Dit is handig voor bedden en rijen van groenten. Het is mogelijk om verschillende lengtes van de zeebroek te leggen, maar sluit gewoon de lengte aan op de meest benodigde watering, of beweeg de verbinding elke dag om water te bieden voor 2 tot 7 bedden/rijen vanaf één pomp afhankelijk van de watervereisten.

As others have said the seep hose doesn't fit as well on the drippers as it's supposed to (a real suprise as everything else I've bought from Irrigatia had been excellent). However, I contacted the manufacturers and they have a simple solution. If you attach a short length of the standard hose to the dripper first and cut the other end of it at an angle, you can push this standard hose into the seep hose and it forms a nice tight fit. (I guess it's an issue trying to find material that is both porous and elastic). I've been running the system with the seep houses attached this was for a couple of months now and it's working perfectly.

I bought this product before the heat wave hit as I was going on holiday and wasn't sure I could get anyone that would honestly be able to water everyday for me. Since then we have enjoyed the hottest driest summer I can remember! I set the unit up without really even using the instructions - it's pretty straightforward. Then all you have to do is make sure you keep your water butt topped up and the the system takes care of the rest. I have had it turned up to max for weeks now, it waters five times a day in small bursts. My tomatoes look better this year than they every have, I think they appreciate the little and often approach rather than my previous lots of water once a day. My cucumbers and peppers are also thriving despite the epic hot weather. Worth every penny!

Overall I'm happy with this kit. My trugs and pots are happy and damp.Irrigation hoses, water and push fittings are never going to have perfect seals on their own.After I siliconed the drippers to the seep hose everything started working as expected. I imagine small jubilee clips would do the same with less mess.

"It’s the same quality you’d expect from a top-tier leaky hose plant watering system" is the claim by the manufacturer.It's not for two reasons:1) it's tightly wound up for shipping and when you release the tape it remains curled. The little plastic supports just aren't up to the job of holding it straight unlike in the promotional photos. So you sow your seeds in nice straight 1m drills but the hose bends around and won't deliver water where it's needed.2) the black pipe doesn't fit into the soaker hose. Even cutting the pipe at an angle and trying to push it in was hit and miss and often beyond my strength. The result is a leak at the entry point for all 12 of my soaker hose lengths.This is a very poor product, incorrectly advertised and frankly a waste of money.
