We decided to make some mini soaps and bath fizzers this year for xmas gifts.As it was our first time making soaps I was worried it would be really difficult - this worry was made worse by the soap block arriving with no instructions however, luckily there are instructions on the sellers page (which I have now screenshot to keep for future reference - I recommend anyone else buying does that too).I melted this in a cleaned out cooking sauce jar in hot water rather than the microwave - as it was our first time using it we cautiously added small pieces at a time as wasnt sure how much we would actually need.We added a few drops of lemon and orange essential oils to the mix along with some orange and yellow mica powder and some orange and lemon peel. We poured it into some silicon icecube trays and left it to set. It set quickly like in 5 minutes (maybe due to the small size of the soaps we were making).Once set it was really easy to just press in the underside of the tray and the soap popped out.The soap smelled great, when used it foamed nicely and didnt cause any skin problems.The colour remained slightly yellow and transparent and you could see the mica and the peel in it.We really liked this and will make some more again in the future.Would recommend.
