Seiko SQ-60 Quartz metronoom met volumeregeling

This is one of the more basic Seiko metronomes. It has two voices of click/clap sound which I don't really understand. Has volume slider/wheel which is useful. I can change beats as well as tempo although not a sophisticated as the more expensive version. I bought mine to replace the earlier iteration of the same product which lasted me about 20 years! Great for practice and will fit in a guitar case.

It does look a bit plasticky (well, it IS made of plastic) I hope it keeps working for a long time because I love it, the moving light makes all the difference. The simpler model was also OK, but the blinking light was too quick for me and it felt like an epilepsy trigger, this one makes it easier to understand each beat.

Sehr gutes, einfach zu bedienendes Metronom, das man auch wegen seiner kleinen Größe gut mitnehmen kann. Man kann es auf lautlos stellen und nur anhand der Lichtfunktion den Takt sehen. Leider mit Batterie.

Pendant de nombreuses années, j'ai eu l'ancêtre de cet appareil remarquable jusqu'à ce qu'il soit détruit par une génération d'enfants musiciens enthousiastes. Cela perpétue la tradition d'excellence : un « tick » fort et solide et un bon cadran à l'avant pour régler le tempo. Je l'utilise ces jours-ci à la fois pour garder une vitesse lente régulière lors de la pratique d'un passage de musique difficile; et aussi pour chronométrer mon activité physique. Je suis très satisfait de cet achat.
