Have been using product for many years with highly positive results. Brings down nitrate, ammonia levels and turgidity in water, keeping obvious stains down.Three very good tips from my local pet shop: (i) give inside of aquarium a gentle scrub with the right tools specific to your aquarium, to initially lift dirt off walls (ii) give product a thorough shake to make sure the white volcanic ash settled at the bottom of bottle mixes well with top clear liquid, before using required amount (ii) Keep product wrapped in cling film (for hygiene purpose) and place in the fridge to preserve it well with no deteriotion whatsoever regarding product's end date.Product is best kept constantly cool.

Bought this after seeing an American website singing its praises. Bought some and when added to tank became like pea soup, so cloudy. Instructions said that the water would clear in upto 12 hours depending on water, 8 hours later crystal clear water. It has also stabilised the water. Now when added at water changes the water is clear in about 3 hours. Would recommend.

I've used the product before. It seems to work very well so I have bought again.
