This is a great tube and alot of fun. I was unsure of the quality buying it online but its definitely well made with the seams, straps and handle all sewn on very well. Its as good or better than a higher priced top name brand

Only used it once so far but they had a blast one it! Very sturdy and definitely was a little over the weight limit but there were no issues with the tube or it being pulled. We had ordered this product not that long ago and after using it once, we realized we misplaced the little rubber piece that is inside the safety valve. I contacted the company looking to replace the safety valve (couldn't find it on the website to order it) and they responded within a few hours asking for my shipping information and order number for confirmation. After giving them the information, I received another email a few days later saying my part was going to be shipped along with the tracking number. I received the part a few days later and was not charged for it!

Bought this for my 12 year old and 7 year old.To be completely honest, we used it the day after it arrived and packed it up and sent it back. But this was SOLELY for to the fact it didn't hold air in the main air bladder. The entire tube was very well constructed, and I have zero doubts that this particular units malfunction was a one-off. The kids had an excellent time on it. It was very stable, and even though making very tight turns at almost 50kph on a windy day with Whitecaps, it never flipped out tossed the riders. The bottom of the seating spots each have their own individual air bladder instead of just mesh, which made the ride that much more comfortable. The 3 water release ports in the bottom drain the water collected during the ride nicely.All in all I would definately buy this tube again despite the air issue in this one.

We used this raft for the first time this past weekend in the San Joaquin Delta. It was great fun. The raft is very well made, and the riders appreciated the fact that the seats are inflated, rather than just sitting right on the water. I can see this lasting a long time for making many happy memories! Pay attention to the inflating instructions as you don't want to overinflate and then get out into the sun where it expands. You should only inflate to approximately 85%.

I initially bought what I thought was a "pull raft" for a jet ski...turns out it was a "pool toy" - and there's a big diff . When my jet ski got to 7mph on a very still lake, the tow rope ripped the tow hook right out of the front of the raft (note: that wasn't this inflatable).So after the first (and only) outing with the first "pull raft", I came on Amazon to try again and found this.It has multiple points of connection for the tow rope so it is instantly more secure.And the kids are loving this raft - lots of fun!!A couple of things to note:* Consider having those riding in the raft wear either goggles or protective eyewear. The spray can sometimes be a bit much.* Keep your boat speed to around 25-33mph; 30mph is plenty fast for this raft.* Make sure you inflate the seating areas before you inflate any other part of the raft. This is *very* important. I forgot to inflate the seating areas the first time we rode and the kids finished the day with really sore bums (hahahahaha). If you don't inflate the seating areas first, you'll have to deflate the larger raft in order to get access to the nozzle for the seats. Make sure you also inflate the backrest "pillows" before the larger raft because the nozzles will be harder to access if not done before the raft itself.Lots of fun, lots of smiles, highly recommended!!
