Een goed compleet setje. Inmiddels een paar keer gebruikt voor mijn zuurdesem brood. Alle onderdelen van dit setje zijn van goede kwaliteit en heel handig. Er zat zelfs een beschrijving erbij voor het onderhoud van de rijsmandjes.

Alles netjes en snel geleverd. Ik heb het nog niet gebruikt. Maar het ziet stevig en goed uit. De mandjes zijn een beetje klein. Ik heb geen ervaring met bakken. Wordt mijn eerste keer. Ik denk dat de broodjes van 400 a 500gram meel wel inpassen.

The plastic flexible scraper has deformed after handwashing the first time. I left it soaking in water overnight and it got deformed. There was no instruction on how to wash this scraper. Because it is plastic, I didn't think about how to properly washed it and just did it the way I do other plastic dishes. A bit disappointing. Everything else in the kit seems very good quality. I used everything once now and I hope to use this kit for a long time, but I might need to buy another flexible scraper.

Product ziet er goed en verzorgd uit. Werd snel en in goede staat geleverd. Kan alleen maar tevreden zijn.

Sturdy baskets, big enough for a 750 grams bread!

This set is a must if you are getting into sourdough making! I use all parts of this set during the sourdough process. A good quality set; the whisk is solid and durable and easy to clean, scrapers are durable and easy to clean, baskets are easy to build up a "layer" for proofing in the fridge, blades and scoring tool are sharp and accurate.

Die Körbe sind sehr gut, ich benutze sie immer mit dem Leinen. Keine Gerüche vom Material. Vom Zubehör benutze ich eigentlich nur dir Klinge (sehr schön für Verziehrungen) und den scharfen Teigteiler.

Two images in the item description are dedicated to this dough whisk. All other items were present and in good condition. The handle for the whisk was altogether absent, making the whisk wholly unusable. Let down by this one item. Not something broken in transportation, but rather an item knowingly sent without a handle.
