These fit perfectly, good airtight seal that makes a satisfying 'sucking' sound when you put on/remove them.

This is a review for the Pentar bamboo ramekin pot lids.If you are anything like me, you will have accumulated numerous glass ramekins that come with chilled desserts like ganache pots or cheesecakes. I recycle lots of these ramekins, but always seem to have accumulated more! I usually keep four in my kitchen cupboard to be used as dishes for dipping sauces etc. However, I have often thought it would be nice to be able to use them to store small items. This is where these lids come in.I am now able to store small items/foodstuffs in my ramekins and place a reusable lid on top. The lids are fairly well-made without the splintered areas that are sometimes seen in cheaper bamboo products. They fit the glass ramekins I have perfectly, and the silicone ring creates a reasonable (though not 100% airtight) seal.The main negative is that the lids have the characteristic chemical/glue smell that often comes with bamboo products, This is not a small that I want transferring to my food. I usually find that running bamboo items through the dishwasher after the first few uses tends to get rid of the smell. This is not generally recommended as a method of washing bamboo items, but I find regular handwashing doesn't remove the smell nearly as effectively. The other negative is that I would have preferred if the lid edges had been rounded as I think this would look more attractive and also be more comfortable to handle.Overall, these bamboo ramekin lids work well and I am happy to recommend them.
