It's reusable, multipurpose, and doesn't damage the surface. I always order here.However, if the paint on your wall is not such good quality (mine wasn't) it's a bit harder to take it off after several months without chipping off the paint layer.I hang my cork map with faber-castel. It's much better option than montageband for this purpose.
