These are sharp I can see knocking the edge off them quickly. As they are new, they would likely slice you well and you wouldn't feel it like a dull knife. My only complaint is a miner one, they are very light and thin blades. That said, while sharp, they go through everything with ease so keep fingers clear. lolI have matching cutting board, salt an pepper grinders, and a salt tub with twist lid.

High quality and super sharp knives. The scissors and the sharpener need to be on the top corner. They get in the way when I’m pulling my most frequently used knifes. Also not a big fan of the detachable steak knife holder. I have never used it. Also, it’s good to store your knives blade up so they don’t dull or shred up the knife holder.
