Ich nehme die Pflaumen jetzt seit gut 2,5 Monaten, jeden Tag eine halbe. Dadurch kann ich nun endlich täglich auf Toilette gehen. Durch eine Erkrankung an der Leber wurde mir geraten, Abführmittel zu nehmen, damit ich regelmäßig aufs Klo kann und mein Körper besser entgiftet (habe sonst nur alle drei bis vier Tage Stuhlgang gehabt). Jedenfalls wirkt es und ich werde sie auf jeden Fall nachbestellen.

Works really well. Almost too well. Start with a quarter or half portion and give it a chance to work. It taste good and you want to eat the whole thing. Be careful. I would suggest taking it at night before bed.

I had never done these before I had heard about them. When I say I opened up the first package and thought I got a rotten one. come to find out that’s how they’re supposed to look. 👀 🤯 It. Kind of freaked me out. Kind of reminds me of an owl pellet.Do not lick the outside when you go to bite it. make sure you bite a small enough piece to get through the outside layer because the inside is actually a little sweet. But don’t bite too hard because there is a pit/seed in the center.I waited to do this review. Initially, I did one whole plum six hours later I was regretting not doing a smaller piece lol let’s just say a half a plum every two days is perfect. I think I figured out the right increments of how often to do it and how much. I do have to say once you bite into it or cut some off, you do need to refrigerate the left over piece. I put it in a sandwich bag and place it in the fridge.I’ve tried mine at different times at the day. once I figured out a half works for me. I do it in the morning have some coffee maybe some egg bites and by the afternoon I’m good to go and when I tell you, it takes everything out of you it empties out you!!!!! I feel 10 pounds lighter.I did not experience any cramping or any discomfort. However, the first time I took the whole Plum minus the pit. I did have to stay home the whole day. LolMy bag does say it only has 30 in them however when I ordered it did say it came with 33 pieces individually wrapped, however they did places a sticker on the bag on top of the bag that now has new quantity which is Individually wrapped 30 pieces.

Ein Thema, worüber man nicht gern spricht und dennoch viele Menschen betrifft🤔 Ich habe das Produkt für meine Mutter, die sich bereits in einem sehr sehr hohen Alter befindet, auf Empfehlung einer Bekannten gekauft. Wie es bei älteren Menschen ist und auch, wenn man viele Tabletten nehmen muss, hat auch sie Probleme bei bestimmten Dingen🤔 (hier der Toilettengang). Das Produkt, dass kann man wirklich zu 100% weiter empfehlen. Wieviel man nehmen muss, das hängt von der Person selbst ab. Einfach ausprobieren. Meine Mutter hat mit einer viertel Frucht begonnen. Ist nun aber auf eine halbe Frucht angewiesen, dass die erhoffte Wirkung einsetzt.
