Me encanta. Llevo usándola una semana más o menos y me encanta.A favor: limpia mejor que la fregona y no hace falta usar químicos para limpiar el suelo.El cable es largo.Se maneja bien y no resulta pesada.En contra: estaría bien si el botón de potencia estuviera cerca de la mano y así no agacharnos, pero no es un problema.Sólo viene con un recambio y son caros. Me gustaría que hubiese venido con más recambios, incluyendo alguno para suelos que necesitan algo más a fondo o fuerte.Ha sido una buena compra en mi opinión, al menos por ahora.

I don’t think this works as well as the flat Shark steamers that you push yourself and flip over for several reasons. 1) The pad on the flat Shark has a higher loop so it has more “scrub”, 2) As you flip it over you can see exactly how much dirt you’re removing. With this one you have no idea when you should change the heads. 3) With the manual steamer you control a bit of the pressure, whereas with this you have to rely on the machine being heavy enough. And it isn’t very heavy. In fact the full circular mop head doesn’t even come in contact with the floor. Even in the manual it tells you to go over each area 14 times to ensure it’s clean. 14 times!!! 4) It shuts off automatically (overheats) after about 20-25 minutes of use, which is far too soon. 5) The heads have to be hand washed on this one vs the other which you just throw in the laundry.Basically I don’t like it at all.I got this because my apartment has a lot of wood flooring and I was hoping to make it easier on myself but I wish I’d stuck with what I knew worked. I don’t feel like this is getting my floors clean and it’s a complete pain.

Aussitôt reçu, aussitôt essayé, et je suis plus que ravie de cet achat !J'ai réussi à laver ma maison en un temps record et le résultat est plus que satisfaisant.Beaucoup moins bruyant que ce que je pensais (au vu des commentaires).Alors oui le câble est court, mais avec une rallonge pas besoin de débrancher à chaque pièce.En ce qui me concerne, la capacité du réservoir est suffisante en mode normal.La bonne surprise est la taille des patins, ils sont plus grands que ceux de d'autres marques, et cela permet de laver une plus grande surface d'un coup.En bref, je suis totalement satisfaite de cet article et je le recommande à 100%.
