The mirror itself is great. It works fine and allows me to see in the shower fog free for a good deal of time. I am able to get a nice shave using this product. I am able to have it fog free for about 10-15 minutes before I would need to reheat it under running water, this is plenty of time for shave everything I need. Please note that water droplets will bead on this mirror, so you will not get a perfectly clean reflective mirror, this is really not a bother for me though. The mirror is also very sensitive to changes in temperatures. If you turn the water temp slightly up or down the mirror will start fogging again. The mirror itself is really light weight and easy to hold in the shower. It is made from acrylic and not glass, as noted in some other reviews, so it will not break from falls. I have had mine fall twice now, and the mirror is unharmed.The problem is the hook. It won't stay up in my shower for more than 24 hours. I cleaned the surface, I then dried the surface, I then applied the hook with the adhesive exposed and applied pressure for 20 seconds. I did this twice and both times it fell off shortly after my shower. I am applying it to a smooth tile surface, got on the grout or anything. I am trying to find some other adhesive I can attach to the hook to have it stay up in my shower.I think a product is only as good as its worst part, and the hook is the worst part of this product. If my mirror can't stay up, I cannot give this product a good rating. If the hook is not needed for you or you can find a workaround easily, then this is a fantastic product that I would recommend for you.UPDATE: The company contacted me today morning right before I submitted this review, to ask about any questions or concerns regarding this product. I explained the issue to them and responded promptly within an hour. They seem to have amazing customer service. They are sending me a new hook right away and explained to me to clean the tile surface and let it dry completely then apply the hook and let it set for 24 hours before hanging the mirror. I will try this with the new hook and will update my review again with anything new. For now I will keep my 3 star rating, but can change it depending on the service and help I receive from the company.UPDATE 2: The company sent me a replacement hook, an additional suction cup (which was not included in the original package), and some helpful tips. This is what they told me to do: "When the new hook arrives, once you have cleaned the area you plan to stick the mirror, please allow enough time for this area to completely dry (remember tile is porous and will absorb moisture from your cleaning solution). For best results, let the adhesive "set" for 24 hours before hanging the mirror on the hook." It is a little bit of extra effort to make sure the tile is completely dry and the hook is set for a whole 24 hours before hanging the mirror, but it really does help. I cleaned my tile with tile cleaner, as I had done previously, and let it dry for about 30 to 60 minutes, I then press the hook adhesive to the tile for 20 seconds and let it "set" for 20 hours before hanging a mirror on it. So far it has been up for 3 days without falling off. If it does fall off again I will update my review with how long it stayed up. To be honest though I prefer the suction cup they sent me to hang my mirror. It is easier to install, stays up just as well as the hook (if not better), and can be repositioned anytime you need. I wish it were included in the original package.I have raised my review to 5 stars because I am now satisfied with the product. The hook may still not be perfect; it takes more effort than expected to attach to your tile, and can't be repositioned. But the customer service I received for a $10 product has been out of this world. It seems to me that they are 100% committed to make your product meet your needs. This service is far more of a positive than any negative of the hook.

This mirror is a bit more expensive than what I would like to have spent for a shower mirror but it is good quality and shatterproof. The hook it came with has also surpasses my expectations as it is attached to my shower wall (tile) and it has not budged one bit.
