Perfect clip, safe and legal with reflectors. I used to have clips on both sides of the pedal and I was surprised how easy it is to flip the pedal if it comes up on the side without the clip. So why not, it makes it easier if you happen to wear normal shoes.

I've never used cleats before and these ones were suggested to me as a good set for beginners. I definitely agree! They are very easy to clip in and out of, and I haven't had any accidents or near misses while using them yet. I also love that there's a flat side as well, so you can choose to wear ordinary shoes rather than having to wear proper cycling shoes every time. And I found them really easy to install on my bike.
