Ho acquistato questi pedali Shimano per la mia MTB e dopo diverse uscite posso dire che sono davvero eccezionali. L’aggancio è preciso e sicuro, senza impuntamenti, ma allo stesso tempo lo sgancio è fluido e immediato quando necessario.La costruzione è solida e resistente, perfetta per chi ama percorsi impegnativi e terreni sconnessi. Anche dopo pioggia e fango, continuano a funzionare senza problemi. Inoltre, la regolazione della tensione della molla permette di personalizzare l’esperienza in base alle proprie esigenze.Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo, consigliati sia per principianti che per ciclisti più esperti!

Great pedal upgrade for your MTB, city trekker or single speed. If you need a set that are easy to rebuild and maintain these will suit you well. Easy to clean and maintain/lube. These do not come with a 15mm spanner fitting on the pedal side of the threads, there is an 8mm hex on the opposite side for installation. I would use anti seize lubricant and only tighten wrist tight since they will tighten with use. When maintaining once a year, I would recommend breaking them down (one at a time), wiping out the old grease, replacing the 3/32" bearings (if needed) and reinstalling with new waterproof grease. It is a bit tricky to get the spindle/race and locknut tightened so be patient. The chrome G25 bearings are easy to get, as well as the grease. I would recommend Bel Ray WP (aluminum complex) NLGI #2 which might be a bit viscous in cooler temps but it is a great all around grease selection. A tub will last you a while. The Finishline teflon grease is too light, for the pedal bearing application, at least for me.

I bought the pedals on friday and they arrived monday morning. I signed up for the amazon prime 30 day trial and got next day delivery free.Anyway, I ride a fixed gear track bike without brakes so a lot of strain goes through the pedals, both accelerating, spinning at high cadences and also stopping (skidding)!These pedals have so far held up fantastic, there's quite a lot of float with them which isn't adjustable but its not too much, if anything, it just makes it a little easier on the ankles.The spin smooth, look great, don't weigh much and also if you're locking your bike up in a city, they discourage thieves as its pretty difficult to ride them without spd shoes.I paired these pedals with Shimano M088 shoes which are also 5 star for me.
